14-Day Return or Exchange Policy

In the event of any defect affecting the device's performance, or if it does not match the specifications within 14 days of the purchase date, the buyer has the right to exchange the device for another one with all its accessories and in its original condition, or to receive a full refund from the store or point of sale where the device was purchased — with all its accessories and in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for shipping and return costs. A warranty certificate must be provided. The customer is not entitled to a return or exchange after 14 days.
