Is a refurbished device reliable?
Every unit clears a 20+ point diagnostic before it is listed — battery health, screen, ports, thermals and storage. Anything that fails a checkpoint does not ship.
What does the A-Grade seal mean?
It means the unit passed every checkpoint and was graded by hand. The grade is honest: cosmetic marks are disclosed in the listing rather than hidden.
What happens if something fails?
Contact us and we will repair, replace or refund within your return window. You are not left with a dead device.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange. Inspect the device on receipt — that inspection is free.
