In case of any defect that affects the deviceβs performance or if the device does not match the specifications within 14 days from the purchase date, the buyer has the right to either:
- Replace the device with another one, including all accessories, in its original condition.
- Or refund the device value at the original store or sales point, provided that the old device is returned with all its accessories and in its original condition.
- The customer will bear the shipping and return costs. A valid warranty certificate must be presented. After 14 days, the customer is not entitled to a return or replacement.
